You confirm that you have a legitimate interest, a legal basis, or the appropriate consent to store or manage each person or organisation's personal information that you submit to our service.

We do our best to make sure that our service runs properly and maintains the integrity of your data. However, we can't take responsibility for things that happen outside of our control or that we can't reasonably be expected to foresee.

Your relationship with us will be governed by South African law. Any legal dispute must be brought in a Johannesburg Magistrate's Court.
